ARLINGTON, VA — May 30, 2006 — Steve McCormick, president and CEO of The Nature Conservancy highlighted the leadership of out-going Nature Conservancy Board Chairman Henry M. Paulson,

who today was nominated by President Bush to be the next Secretary of the Treasury.

In addition to serving as chairman and CEO of The Goldman Sachs Group, Paulson has served as Chairman of The Nature Conservancy’s Board of Directors since January of 2004. An ardent conservationist, Paulson joined the Conservancy’s Board of Directors in October of 2001. Paulson also was a driving force behind the Conservancy’s Asia Pacific Council, an advisory board comprised of public and private sector leaders created to help promote conservation and sustainable development across the Asia-Pacific region.

Under Paulson’s tenure, The Nature Conservancy made significant gains in global conservation and in strengthening governance and accountability. As Chairman, he played key roles helping define the organization’s global conservation vision, expand into new geographies and enhance the organization’s partnerships with the private and public sectors.

• He is saying there are thousands of people involved in propagating disinformation & distorting the truth to generate the fears they need to herd the masses into believing a lie
• the amount of disinformation coming out of the internet and media is so voluminous that government is now shutting it down vs. investigating it first
• U-Tube and Google are working personally with Alex Jones in a rare attempt to stop the distortions coming out against him and his web sites regarding global dominance and the taking of our individual liberty.
• He says there are roughly 50 web sites a day being created to distort information.
• The 9-11-2001 World Trade Center strike has created so much misinformation and obstruction of the truth

• Government as we know it in America is in the final stage of death

• whereby a once intelligent independent and beautiful person
• is progressively turned into a humiliating, defecating, unstable experience 
• whereby they cry out at all hours of the day and night
• whereby they go through endless repetitive restless patterns of nonsense tasks not knowing why they do it
• whereby the plaque eats up their independence, their common sense, their intelligence, their ability to see themselves as they truly are 
• whereby basic functions of life are impossible for them
• they do not know which way to turn, which way is up or down, left or right 
• whereby you watch, what was once your beautiful country or in my case, my Mother, being consumed from the inside out
• I too am being consumed in this near death experience
  • of caring for her and my country at the same time
  • both with terminal final stage dementia
  • while I watch them both die in my arms
• While I die a little more every day trying to make it up the stairs one more time
  • for their last meal or their last breath
  • then go out to the garage and cry one more time
  • and try to breath again without the smell of death around me
